To use the new functionality, users can simply connect their Microsoft Health app and Facebook account to see all their friends that have also have connected their accounts. If someone has not done so, you can invite them right from the app. Then they can create challenges for steps, cardio minutes, or longest run/bike ride between you and your Facebook friends who also have a Microsoft Band. Challenges can be one, three, five or seven days.
To see who deserves the bragging rights, user can check out friends’ daily activity on Microsoft Health’s Leaderboard to compare your standing and get motivated.
