Review of Phedra Cut Lipo XT weight loss supplement

When we were first introduced to USN’s new product, the Phedra Cut Lipo XT I was both excited and a little apprehensive to give it a go.

Sounds too good to be true. So, at the end of my 30-day trial were these a fat fact, or fat fiction?

What I admire about USN is that they not only offer sports supplements but also give complete nutritional advice. Their overall objective is to help individuals go above and beyond their health and body goals and objectives, specifically, the #ChallengeYourself principal is aimed at motivating people, whether they are just starting out on their fitness journey or are a seasoned pro.

With this in mind, I tried to consider Phedra Cut Lipo XT as a platform to get me a step closer to where I wanted to be and was ready to embrace the challenge.

The tablet itself consists of a two-in-one liquid capsule containing “groundbreaking, clinically researched ingredients to help you achieve your weight control goals”.  These ingredients include, but are not limited to:

  • Bioperine – boosts body nourishment and makes you feel fuller for longer
  • Yerba Mate – accelerates the levels of metabolism and increases the burning of fats
  • Natural Caffeine – promotes levels of alertness and focus which allows you to work out for longer
  • Citrus Aurantium – regulates blood pressure levels and helps build muscle mass
  • Fucoxanthin – prevents the growth of fat cells
  • Green Coffee Bean – increases the metabolism levels and breakdown of fats
  • N-Acetyl-L-Carnitine – helps build muscle mass and growth by converting fat into energy
  • L-tyrosine – synthesises the cortisol hormone and so reduces stress and anxiety

The supplement is supposed to promote weight loss by boosting thermogenesis and increasing energy levels. I can certainly say; my energy levels were through the roof. On a day without exercise I would take two in the morning, and on a day with exercise, I would double the dose to four (two in the morning and then two more an hour before I hit the gym). I noticed an immediate difference, I could exercise harder and for longer and push myself to limits I didn’t think existed. Due to the high levels of caffeine, I would recommend not taking these late in the day. For me, the cut-off point was about mid-day, and it took me a few nights unable to sleep properly before I realised this so use with caution, understand what your body requires and never take more than you need.

So the question remains, did I get that jaw-dropping set of rock-hard six-pack abs? Unfortunately, not. Did I lose weight? Yes, I lost five pounds and then put back on two. The reality is, there is no quick-fix for the perfect body, it requires LOTS of hard work and dedication in the gym and – I can’t emphasise this enough – just as important, a balanced, healthy diet.

Phedra Cut Lipo XT should be incorporated into an exercise routine, rather than used solely for weight loss. You will not use weight overnight, – but stick at it and you will see results.
